The Delicious Cook strives to provide a fun and delicious culinary experience, both through private chef & catering services and  cooking classes.  I endeavor to make cooking (and eating) more enjoyable and approachable while also introducing my guests to some new adventures and flavors in the kitchen.

Who is The Delicious Cook? Essentially, the Delicious Cook is someone who makes delicious food.  Some may say that I’m the Delicious Cook, but ultimately I want everyone to claim confidently the title of the Delicious Cook! Therefore, reserve one of my class-based culinary packages and allow me to assist you in becoming a Delicious Cook yourself!

What kind of food do you cook?  I like to call the food that I cook artisanal comfort food with a twist. I’m all about delicious food that is hearty, hand made from scratch, beautiful, and makes people really happy! However, since comfort food means different foods to different people, I’m sure I can come up with something that will be perfect for you! 

What kind of ingredients do you use and where do you get your food? I believe in using a diverse set of fresh and hearty ingredients. I prefer to use seasonal ingredients because of the fresh and intense flavors. However, when it comes to special requests, I am not against cooking with out-of-season or special ingredients (as long as I can find them).  In the end, I like to know exactly what goes into each of my dishes, so I do my very best to avoid any pre-processed or pre-packaged ingredients. I purchase almost all of my ingredients from Whole Foods, Bristols, or the local farmers market, ensuring you get a fresh and delicious meal every time!

Where are your services available? I am based in Los Angeles, CA, but am available to travel.

What is your cancellation policy? A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due at least 1 week before the event (or you may also pay in full at the time of booking). Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal are accepted. Due to the volume of inquiries, deposits are non-refundable and refunds will not be accommodated for any cancellations made once the deposit is confirmed for your reservation date.  Any rescheduling requests must be made 4 weeks prior to the reserved event date and can only be rescheduled once to a weekday (Monday to Friday) event.
