QUICK 10-Minute Deconstructed Blackberry “Cobbler” with Browned Butter Stovetop Crumble 1 pint of blackberries, or any other berries you like 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract ¼ cup of butter, room temperature 3 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of rolled oats ¼ cup of powdered sugar 2-finger pinch of salt Vanilla ice cream, homemade (click here) or store-bought Instructions: For the blackberries, simply place the berries, brown sugar, and vanilla extract into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the berries soften and any juices reduce, about 5-7 minutes. Tip: feel free to smash the berries to expedite the process a little. For the stovetop crumble
