Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, & Aged Balsamic

 

 

8 ounces of burrata

1 pint of mixed cherry tomatoes, halved

4 basil leaves, chiffonaded

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Aged balsamic vinegar, 15 years or older

Extra virgin olive oil

 

Instructions:

Tear the burrata apart over a plate and top with cherry tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, to taste. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
