Ronnie Woo is the chef and owner of The Delicious Cook, an LA-based private chef company that specializes in four-star dining experiences. He is an accomplished chef, television personality, and cookbook author (Did You Eat Yet?, March 14, 2023) celebrated by his fans and peers alike for his infectious personality, background in dating & relationships, and creative Asian-American cuisine, which combines Asian dishes with All-American influences.

 

Ronnie completed a culinary program with the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver while simultaneously establishing The Delicious Cook. Through a combination of traditional marketing and a thriving social media presence, Ronnie’s company took off and so did his career as a professional chef. Ronnie’s unique mix of innate culinary skill, charm, and charisma has made him one of the top chefs in Los Angeles.

 

Chef Ronnie has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Masters in Business Administration. His education significantly bolsters his business acumen while also enhancing his ability to connect with others. Additionally, Ronnie’s experience as a model, having signed with Wilhelmina at 19 years old, provided him an early glimpse into the inner workings of the entertainment industry.

 

Chef Ronnie’s extensive travel around ­the world has helped him acquire new techniques and recipe inspiration, drawing from both his personal experiences and the chefs with whom he’s worked. He has an ever-growing list of high-profile clients, which includes Mindy Kaling, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba, Charlie Sheen, Kathy Griffin, Holly Robinson Peete, Dita Von Teese, and Vanna White. 

 

Ronnie is a recurring guest on multiple shows, including The Today Show, Rachael Ray, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Food Network, The Kitchen, Pickler & Ben, Beat Bobby Flay, Hollywood Today Live, FABLife, Home & Family, and Home Made Simple on the OWN Network. Ronnie served as the Los Angeles correspondent for the Scripps Network digital platform, Genius Kitchen. He was the chef and host of the cooking & relationship show, Food To Get You Laid, which was the LOGO Network’s premiere food program. More recently, Chef Ronnie produced his first YouTube series, Craving Jetlag, and also signed on as on-camera talent for Discovery’s streaming app, Food Network Kitchen. Most recently, he was a celebrity judge on Netflix's Is It Cake?.

 

Not only is Ronnie a talented chef with a unique educational background, his made-for-TV looks and big personality make him a valuable asset to media outlets and a wide array of brands. Ronnie’s All-American take on Asian cuisine coupled with his sense of humor and background in psychology has helped him capture audiences from all demographics around the world.
