NY Steak with Smoked Paprika Yogurt Sauce

Pan-Seared NY Steak with Smoked Paprika Cucumber Yogurt Sauce (Serves 2) 1 pound thick cut New York steak 2 tablespoons canola oil Kosher salt Ground black pepper Yogurt Sauce: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried dill ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove, grated ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 1 Persian cucumber, finely diced Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Prep the Steak Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes on top of a couple paper towels.
